How long does a build take?

2-3 weeks from signed proposal to live site, for the Starter and Pro tiers. Enterprise builds depend on scope. We'll give you a real date, not a range, once we've scoped it together.

Can you work with a business my size?

Yes. The whole offer is built for independent, local businesses specifically: a plumber, a salon, a single-practitioner clinic. That's the Starter and Pro tiers. If you're bigger than that, the Enterprise tier scales to fit.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. Rankings depend on Google, your competitors, and factors outside anyone's control. What's guaranteed is the work: technical SEO, page speed, local listings, and a monthly report showing exactly what was done.

How does pricing actually work?

A one-off build fee gets your site live. A monthly retainer keeps it running: hosting, security, SEO reporting, and minor edits. 50% deposit before work starts, balance on launch, retainer from month one.

Can I cancel the retainer?

+

Yes, anytime with 30 days' notice. The build fee is non-refundable, but you own the site outright either way, it isn't locked to the retainer.
